Part-Time Rate: $13 to $15/hour and $15 to $18/hour (Depending on experience)

Schedule:

Minimum 4 days/week, 20 hours/week minimum, up to 35 hours/week

Full-Time Rate: $2,300 to $3,200/month (Depending on experience)

Schedule:

5–6 working days per week | Rotating 1–2 days off per week (2 days off one week, 1 day off the following week).

45 to 54 hours/week — PH and Weekends closing shifts until 2 AM is a must

Overall Job Objectives:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving cocktails and beverages while providing efficient and professional F&B service. The role ensures consistent beverage quality, proper presentation, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience while supporting smooth restaurant operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.

Perform cocktail preparation, including measuring, mixing, shaking, stirring, garnishing, and presentation.

Ensure consistency in beverage taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.

Prepare the bar station and ensure all required ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and equipment are ready for service.

Take and process beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly.

Provide friendly and professional F&B service to guests.

Assist guests with beverage enquiries and provide recommendations when appropriate.

Monitor beverage stock and assist with receiving, replenishment, storage, and stock rotation.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment, glassware, and surrounding service areas.

Follow proper food and beverage handling, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Monitor beverage orders during busy service periods and coordinate with the Drinks Runner to ensure timely delivery.

Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and escalate concerns to the Supervisor or Manager when required.

Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties, cleaning, and restocking.

Support promotions, events, and other F&B activities when required.

Perform other reasonable F&B duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Job Specifications:

Previous experience as a Bartender, Barista, F&B Service Crew, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.

Experience in cocktail preparation and beverage service is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixers, garnishes, and beverage preparation.

Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and uphold Korean dining concepts and service standards

Team player with good work ethic and professional grooming and hygiene standards

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business needs

Key Deliverables:

Consistent and accurate cocktail and beverage preparation.

Timely and professional beverage service.

Clean, organised, and properly stocked bar station.

Proper handling and storage of beverages, ingredients, and equipment.

Consistent adherence to beverage recipes, F&B SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

Positive guest experience and professional handling of beverage-related requests.

Effective coordination with the Bar and Front of House teams during service.
