Receptionist cum Admin Assistant 2 - MOE Primary School (JOB REF - ASRACE-2026-09-001)

About the Role

Lambda Computing Solutions (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support the daily front desk and administrative operations of an MOE Primary School near Marine Terrace MRT. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-Principal, Administrative Managers, Administrative Executive and School Leaders to ensure efficient school operations and provide excellent service to students, parents, staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Providing general administrative services

Relief timetabling and informing teachers

Printing, sorting, laminating, binding, shredding, counting and scanning of materials

Printing of worksheets for remedials etc

Distribution of newspapers and collaterals to classrooms

Prepare labels and signages required for school exams: English Oral, Mother Tongue Oral and written exams

Any other duties as assigned by HOD English, HOD Mother Tongue Language or Admin Manager.

Requirements

The Personnel must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration.

Skills:

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team

Good team player with a high level of initiative

Employment Details

Contract Period: From 29 Dec 2026 to 28 Dec 2027 (11 months)

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 45mins lunch break

Fridays: 6:45am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 45mins lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Location: Marine Terrace
