Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept development to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop design concepts, space planning layouts, mood boards and material proposals based on clients’ needs and budgets.

Prepare and review technical drawings, detailed carpentry drawings and 3D visualizations.

Present design proposals and advise clients on materials, finishes, furniture and fittings.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure accurate execution of the approved design.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship and compliance with project specifications.

Manage project timelines, design revisions and budgets.

Guide junior designers and review their work to maintain design quality.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software such as Enscape.

Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, construction detailing and renovation processes.

Good communication, presentation and project coordination skills.

Able to manage multiple projects independently with strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with Singapore renovation practices and relevant submission requirements is an advantage.
