You will direct sales, discount, and gross margin planning across key regional territory operations to support annual operating plans and long-range strategies. You will evaluate performance against financial plans, latest forecasts, and prior year metrics to deliver comprehensive risk and opportunity assessments to executive stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional leadership in commercial, retail, digital, and operational functions to evaluate pricing changes, promotional effectiveness, and business development proposals. You will construct financial decision models and business cases for strategic growth initiatives while monitoring outcomes against projected assumptions. You will also modernize planning and reporting workflows by leveraging modern analytics tools and Tier-1 ERP systems to enhance operational speed and analytical consistency.

skills and experience required.

You should possess a degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline, along with at least seven years of progressive experience in corporate financial planning and analysis. You need proven expertise in sales planning, revenue forecasting, discount management, margin planning, and financial modeling within retail, consumer goods, or multi-channel environments. Prior experience in using any AI tool at work is greatly advantageous. Mandarin speaking candidates will be preferred as there may be a situations whereby you will have to deal with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
