Administer, support, and troubleshoot middleware platforms including Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, and JBoss.

Manage application deployments, configurations, performance tuning, and incident resolution.

Support and maintain Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions such as IBM Sterling, Connect: Direct, Axway, GoAnywhere, or similar tools.

Monitor middleware environments and ensure high availability, security, and system stability.

Work with application, infrastructure, and security teams to support project delivery and production operations.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Middleware Administration/Support.

Hands-on experience with WebLogic, WebSphere, and JBoss administration.

Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) tools and file transmission protocols (SFTP, FTPS, FTP).

Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell).

Familiarity with application deployment, troubleshooting, patching, and performance tuning.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OpenShift).

ITIL or relevant middleware certifications.
