YOUR ROLE

As a Bartender, you’ll work closely with our Head Bartender and management team to deliver an excellent bar and Front of House experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

🍸 Preparing and serving quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverag

🍹 Using your cocktail knowledge to recommend drinks and help guests discover new favourites

😊 Providing warm, attentive and professional customer service

🧾 Taking orders and handling POS, cashless payments and delivery-platform devices

💰 Balancing and closing daily sales and cash transactions

📦 Maintaining accurate inventory of alcohol, mixers and other bar supplies

🧼 Keeping the bar and café clean, neat and organised throughout service

⚙️ Following operating procedures to keep equipment and services running smoothly

🤝 Working closely with the team to achieve service standards and business targets

🌙 Supporting the evening shift and completing closing duties at the end of service

The Bartender plays an important role in our evening operations, typically from 4pm–10pm, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Has at least 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a restaurant or F&B environment

Has good knowledge of cocktails and alcoholic beverages

Takes pride in delivering quality drinks and excellent guest experiences

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

Is a great team player with a positive attitude

Is able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

Is comfortable handling POS systems, payments and inventory

Takes ownership of keeping the workplace clean and organised

Is reliable, motivated and driven to continuously improve

Knowledge of coffee and coffee-making is a plus! ☕️
