Market Manager’s Responsibilities, Main Purpose & Key Accountabilities

Sales / Technical Marketing

Regular customer visits in accordance with the marketing plan set out at the beginning of each calendar year
Customer management (seminars, visits, projects); technical content of end use related seminars
Gathering market intelligence locally

Laboratory Function

TSRs for customers, done at the Singapore Lab, agents’ lab or Wesel Lab
Laboratory training for customers and agent sales team with Enduse Market Manager or Technology Group Manager
Evaluation of new products & LP products in local systems
Evaluation of competitor additives in local systems
Preparation of demo panels
To cooperate with co-supplier on selective projects
TSR Report documentation in the ELN-TSR online.
