Project Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.

Monitor construction progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship.

Review drawings, plans, and technical documents to ensure proper execution of work.

Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of resources on site.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management.

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and client requirements.

Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to relevant party.

Verify completed work and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.

Manage workforce allocation and supervise productivity of site personnel.

Maintain accurate site records, including inspections, incidents, and work progress.

Support project managers in achieving project objectives within budget and timeline.

Key Requirements

Higher Nitec and above in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience if any as a Site Supervisor or similar construction role.

Basic knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project documentation.

Valid safety certifications preferred (if required by local regulations); BCSS, Work at Height etc

Class 3 License Required

Willing to travel to different work sites

Willing to work outside normal office hours including weekends and public holidays, as and when required.
