Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on end users, architects, and interior designers (A&D).

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, referrals, networking, client meetings, and industry events.

Develop and implement business development strategies to address customer needs and capitalize on market opportunities.

Collaborate closely with internal teams including logistics, design, and technical departments to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.

Prepare and present customized proposals that align with client requirements and project objectives.

Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, lead qualification, negotiation, closing, and post-sales account management.

Respond promptly to client enquiries and maintain consistent follow-up to maximize sales conversion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma from a recognised institution.

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years within relevant industries such as office furniture, interior design, architecture and design (A&D), fit-out, or project-based solution sales.

Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Strong business development, sales negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Willingness to undertake light overseas business travel when required.
