ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Description & Requirements

The Accounts Executive reports to the Corporate Services Manager to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/ She covers duties that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, other accounting tasks. He/ She may be called on to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects and systems testing within Ang Chin Moh Group when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle Account Payable
• Inter-billing between entities in the group
• Verify client invoices and requisitions for goods & services
• Process vendor and supplier invoices for payment approval
• Process and tabulate expenditure claims
• Record sales invoice for charge to related inter company
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Criteria:

• Possess Diploma in related field
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience with handling full sets of account
• Familiar with ERP & MYOB accounting system
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Good Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Bi-Lingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Vendors)
