Supply Chain Coordinator (Training Provided) #HJN

Duties:

Support key client accounts and liaise with internal teams to resolve requests and issues.

Coordinate new projects and programmes, ensuring smooth implementation and follow-up.

Monitor inventory, stock levels and replenishment to ensure products are available when needed.

Prepare reports and track monthly KPIs using Excel and ERP systems.

Analyse inventory, demand and supply data to identify gaps and support solutions.

Assist with forecasting and supply planning to maintain the right level of stock.

Monitor excess and slow-moving inventory and support inventory improvement activities.

Work with different teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Min Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related disciplines.

Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and working with data.

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, organised and willing to learn
