Senior Scheduler

Key Requirements:

a. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in large-scale construction projects within a main contractor or EPC environment.

b. Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil C Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent related discipline.

c. Extensive experience in programme planning, review, and control for large-scale construction projects is required. This includes independent assessment of contractor schedules, integration into the client master programme, progress verification, critical path and interface analysis, and programme reporting using Primavera P6.

d. Experience in 4D BIM programme integration is strongly preferred.

e. The Scheduler shall be stationed on-site full-time to ensure timely coordination and decision-making.

f. Experience in delivering programmes for projects of comparable scale, complexity, and construction sequencing, preferably with airport experience.

g. Ability to proactively identify, flag, and escalate interface and handover risks between packages.

h. Good working knowledge of time related contractual provisions, including EOT principles.

i. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Pivot Tables, as well as demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and integrate EDMS outputs (e.g. ProjectWise deliverables and metadata) into Primavera P6.

j. High level of proficiency in planning and reporting tools, including Primavera P6 (expert-level user), Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

k. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a strong team player capable of performing effectively in a fast paced, multi stakeholder project environment.

l. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and deliver clear and structured programme presentations.
