Create distinctive pearl jewellery for a modern Singapore luxury brand.

Pearly Lustre is looking for an experienced, creative and commercially minded Jewelry Designer to join our growing team. You will develop original collections from concept to production, while supporting brand storytelling across campaigns, launches, retail and VIP experiences.

Pearly Lustre is a Singapore pearl jewellery brand where pearls meet fashion. Recognised under Enterprise Singapore’s Made With Passion initiative, we create contemporary designs inspired by Singapore stories, craftsmanship and timeless elegance.

Your Role

Design original pearl jewellery collections, from concept sketches to final production

Develop commercially relevant seasonal collections and cohesive product ranges

Prepare technical drawings, product specifications and visual references for production

Research jewellery, fashion, colour and consumer trends to inspire new designs

Create moodboards, design presentations and collection storytelling materials

Support campaign styling, product shoots, launches and visual merchandising

Create creative assets for social media, marketing and retail materials

Support customised jewellery requests for customers, including VIP clients and special events

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to translate customer needs into meaningful design ideas

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years’ relevant experience in jewellery design; experience in fine jewellery, fashion accessories or lifestyle design is welcomed

Diploma or degree in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, Product Design or a related creative field

Strong portfolio demonstrating original design development and commercial awareness

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of 3D jewellery design software is an advantage

Good understanding of materials, jewellery construction, finishing and production processes

Strong fashion sense, sharp aesthetic judgement and an eye for detail

Passionate about pearls, fashion, craftsmanship and contemporary design

Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects independently

Strong English communication skills; Chinese communication is an advantage
