Lead BIM Manager

Key Requirements:

a.      Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience in BIMmanagement, including proven capability in establishing BIM processes, procedures, and project frameworks.

b.      A minimum of 5 years’ experience in BIM management during theconstruction stage, with a successful track record that includes the delivery of no fewer than two (2) Project BIM Execution Plans for construction stage projects.

c.       Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline.

d.      Completed a certified BIM Management course.

e.      Demonstrated strong multidisciplinary understanding across Civil,Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering domains.

f.       Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination, preferably in large-scale or complex projects.

g.      Highly motivated, able to work independently, and capable of thriving in fast-paced project environments.

h.      Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholdersat all levels.

i.       Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and related BIM tools.

j.       Practical experience in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual

k.       Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
