Finance Manager (Ubi, Playground/Construction, WIP & Full Set) Immediate Vacancy !!

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the Group and its subsidiaries.

Manage full-set accounting, including month-end closing and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Handle Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting, including reconciliation and reporting.

Assist with Group consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements.

Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary audit schedules and documentation.

Review quarterly GST submissions for Singapore subsidiaries.

Maintain and improve accounting processes, procedures and internal controls.

Supervise and provide guidance to finance team members.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

With 3 - 5 years of working experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting or in Construction/ Playground industry.

Experience in WIP accounting is preferred.

Exposure to Group consolidation or consolidated financial statements will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.

Strong attention to detail, accountability and organisational skills.
