Human Resource Manager (Group) - Up to 8k

Responsibilities

Manage full-spectrum of HR functions (HR Strategy & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations & Engagement and HR Policies & Compliance).

Oversee performance evaluations and staff development programs.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

Manage employee records and maintain HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with employement laws and company regulations.

Requirements

Min Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent or 8 years similar practical experience.

Experience in Manufacturing

Preferbly experience in IPO

Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.

Well-organized and able to work within deadlines.
