💎 Your Role

As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will:

Represent Pearly Lustre as a Brand Ambassador, delivering refined, personalised service

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling

Build meaningful, long-term relationships with local and international clients

Share product stories confidently, showcasing craftsmanship and design

Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately

Maintain elegant visual merchandising standards

Manage customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and care

Support daily boutique operations and ad-hoc retail initiatives

👤 What We’re Looking For

Experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, premium fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands (preferred)

A sales-driven mindset with strong closing ability

Polished communication skills and confidence with customers

Passion for luxury, aesthetics, and service excellence

Proactive, adaptable, and reliable team players

Comfortable working weekends and public holidays

⏰ Working Hours

Shift-based retail hours:

10:00am – 8:00pm or 12:00pm – 10:00pm
