GENERAL MANAGER

Job Summary

Manage and oversee daily operations of a flour-based food products manufacturing factory, ensuring efficient production, quality, safety, and cost control while leading teams and coordinating with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the noodle manufacturing factory to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency

Develop and implement production schedules to ensure smooth and timely manufacturing processes

Manage staff, manpower allocation, inventory levels, and production resources to optimize output

Enforce product quality standards and maintain compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations

Coordinate communication and collaboration with suppliers, customers, and relevant authorities to support operational needs

Monitor production costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses

Demonstrate leadership by guiding teams, resolving operational challenges, and fostering effective communication

Work independently to manage and motivate the production team toward achieving business goals

At least 3 years of relevant management experience, preferably in food manufacturing
