Stellenbeschreibung

Job Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and provide product recommendations.

Build good relationships with customers and support repeat business.

Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.

Provide guidance and support to junior Retail Assistants.

Assist with daily store operations, cashiering and stock management.

Ensure merchandise and visual displays are maintained according to brand standards.

Handle customer enquiries and assist in resolving service issues.

Support the Supervisor/Store Manager in daily operations.

Assist with opening and closing duties when required.

Requirements

Preferably 2–3 years of retail experience, ideally within fashion/apparel.

Strong sales and customer service skills.
