Supervise and manage daily production and factory operations to meet production targets, quality, and food safety standards in a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and oversee factory operations to ensure smooth workflow

Manage and monitor production workers and coordinate work schedules to optimize productivity

Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and compliance with food safety standards

Inspect raw materials, monitor production processes, and verify finished products meet quality requirements

Maintain cleanliness, safety protocols, and proper housekeeping within the factory environment

Assist the Manager in manpower planning and support daily operational tasks to enhance efficiency

Lead and communicate effectively with the production team to foster a collaborative work environment

Work independently to manage team performance and resolve operational issues proactively

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or factory operations
