Retail Supervisor (Fashion Apparel)

📍 Location: Orchard, Singapore

🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

💰 Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month exclude commission

🕘 Working Hours: Retail hours (including weekends & public holidays)

Job Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.

Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.

Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job coaching and guidance.

Assist with staff deployment, daily duties and shift arrangements.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery when required.

Ensure merchandise displays and store presentation meet brand standards.

Monitor stock levels, stock movement and inventory accuracy.

Oversee cashiering, opening and closing procedures.

Assist with daily sales reports and operational matters.

Ensure company policies and retail procedures are followed by the team.

Take charge of store operations in the Store Manager's absence.

Requirements

Minimum  3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion/apparel.

Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.

Strong sales and customer service skills.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
