Working Hours: 6 days per week, 11.00am to 7.30pm on Weekday, 11.00am to 6.00pm on Weekend

Salary: Basic + Commission

Job Description:

Handle customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable domestic helpers.

Match employers with helper profiles and manage the sales process.

Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and helpers.

Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships.

Training provided.

Sales-driven role with performance targets.

Requirements

Basic computer proficiency.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with good service attitude.

Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Patient and compassionate towards helpers.

Willing to work on weekends

Candidates with or without CEI Basic/KAH certification may apply.

Relevant experience is an advantage.
