Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to define architecture, integration strategies, data models, and best practices across the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture for enterprise applications and business processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Define solution architecture, technical design, data models, integration architecture, and deployment strategies.
• Lead Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects.
• Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and other project teams.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware, and APIs.
• Define Salesforce data architecture, including data migration, data quality, sharing, and security models.
• Design and implement Salesforce security and access controls, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Evaluate and recommend Salesforce standard functionality versus custom development.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce architecture principles, governor limits, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Review technical designs, code, configurations, and development practices.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, release management, deployment, and environment strategy.
• Support technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production issues.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform capabilities, releases, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Architecture and Salesforce Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and preferably Experience Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing architecture, and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and enterprise integration architecture.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Streaming API, and middleware technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and data migration strategies.
• Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Salesforce DX.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce deployment and environment management.
• Experience designing highly scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect / Technical Architect certifications.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, or Data Cloud is an advantage.
• Experience working in large enterprise or multi-system integration environment
