Management Executive

Job Duties:

Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations and service schedules.

Manage cleaning staff, including work allocation, attendance and performance.

Communicate with clients to understand service requirements and handle feedback.

Conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning quality and safety standards.

Prepare work schedules, manpower arrangements and operational reports.

Monitor cleaning equipment, materials and supplies.

Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and workplace safety.

Assist with recruitment, staff deployment and performance evaluation.

Handle administrative duties, quotations, invoices and service documentation.

Ensure company operations comply with relevant workplace and safety requirements.
