E&M BIM Coordinator (P103)

Diploma/Degree in civil engineering, building services, BIM management, construction management or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.

Self-driven, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Hands-on experience working LTA MRT projects BIM requirements and E&M BIM coordination across different disciplines and interfacing parties.

Strong understanding of E&M/MEP services coordination.

Review E&M models for constructability, spatial coordination and compliance with project requirements.

Prepare and maintain Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and SEM model.

Participate in BIM and technical coordination meetings and independently present coordination issues when required.

Manage model updates, coordination comments and issue tracking and ensure BIM models and deliverables comply with LTA project BIM requirements.
