Senior Executive, Facilities Management | Harbourfront |up $5K

Are you a proactive facilities professional ready to step into a high-impact leadership role? We are looking for an organized, results-driven Senior Executive, Facilities Management to oversee daily building operations, manage key contractor partnerships, and drive operational excellence across our iconic leisure and asset sites.

Oversee day-to-day facilities maintenance, preventive programmes, technical troubleshooting, and emergency responses to maintain seamless, reliable operations.

Supervise, coach, and deploy daily facilities staff, supervisors, and officers while building a strong culture of safety and accountability.

Manage end-to-end term vendor contracts, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee repair, replacement, and upgrading projects.

Lead Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) inspections, conduct audits, update SOPs/SWPs, and maintain statutory compliance across all facilities.

Maintain up-to-date asset registers, track lifecycle performance, and support budget forecasts and reporting.

What We Are Looking For

Diploma in Facilities/Asset Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Min of 3 years in facilities management, building operations, maintenance, or project management.

Highly organized, resourceful, and a strong communicator who thrives in dynamic environments.

Able to support operational needs outside regular hours, including weekends, public holidays, or night works when required.

Bonus Certifications (Preferred): WSH, Work at Height, Fire Safety Manager (FSM), or Sustainability Certifications (e.g., BCA Green Mark Manager, LEED AP, ISO 14001).
