Legal Executive (FMCG) - VTAL

Our client is a global industry leader in baby care products with top market share in Singapore & ASEAN region. They are located in the Central Region - Easily Accessible.

The Legal Executive will be responsible for:

Drafting, formatting, proofreading, and maintain contracts, agreements, policies, SOPs, guidelines, and other legal and corporate documents in accordance with company standards.

Conduct preliminary reviews of legal and corporate documents to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and potential compliance concerns before escalation.

Support process improvement initiatives by identifying documentation gaps and recommending practical enhancements to policies, SOPs, and internal processes.

Gather, consolidate, and prepare reports, data, and presentation materials for Management meetings and corporate planning activities.

Conduct internal and external reviews to identify organizational strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities, and recommend initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma in Law, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline.

1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the FMCG or related industries.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of corporate governance and document control will be an advantage.
