Basic up to $3,300 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

Process receiving to ensure the correct part number and quantity are put to stock by communicating with stakeholders.

Responsible for processing claims for inbound and outbound shipments

Job Details:

•Process parts receiving for all incoming shipments timing

•Ensure all receiving data is accurate for all receiving (part number, qty & cost)

•Process inbound parts claims raised by 3PL warehouse

•Process outbound parts claims raised by dealers

•Process parts bulletin scrap requests from HCM

•Issue purchase order to 3PL warehouse for rework costs related to claims

Requirements

•Diploma or Degree in Business

•0 to 2 years of relevant experience

•Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

•Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
