Production Manager (Electronic Manufacturing)

About the Role

Our client are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations and lead the team in achieving production, quality, efficiency and delivery targets.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production meetings covering output, production plans, materials, quality and corrective actions.

Monitor key production KPIs including WIP, output, quality, capacity, manpower and material status.

Manage production resources, manpower and staffing requirements to meet operational needs.

Set and monitor production and quality targets to ensure performance objectives are achieved.

Lead, motivate and develop production teams while maintaining a positive and disciplined work environment.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills, certifications and productivity.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO 9000/14000, safety and workplace requirements.

Work closely with Engineering, Materials, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, flexibility and processes.

Oversee equipment and tooling requirements, including maintenance, calibration and certification.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a server, rack or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and DMAIC methodology.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong leadership, ownership and initiative with good interpersonal skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Proactive team player with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Remuneration: Salary with AWS + Variable Bonus
