With one alternate weekday off, following a 5-day / 6-day alternating work week

Sundays closed

Required Skillset

Comfortable handling reception and walk-in customers; confident and approachable

Able to multitask

Experience handling warranty cases, customer service, returns or refunds.

Main Goals

Support walk-in customer enquiries, especially warranty-related cases

Assist in clearing daily return and refund cases
