Perm Senior Staff Nurse, Clinic in Charge (O&G Clinic) - $5K to $6Kplus #HKH

1.      Clinical Nursing Duties

·       Perform patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and nursing history taking.

·       Assist doctors during O&G consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.

·       Provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care.

·       Monitor patients for adverse reactions and ensure patient safety at all times.

·       Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation.

1.      Phlebotomy and Clinical Procedures

·       Perform patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and nursing history taking.

·       Assist doctors during O&G consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.

·       Provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care.

·       Monitor patients for adverse reactions and ensure patient safety at all times.

·       Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation.

2.      Patient Education and Counselling

·       Educate patients on antenatal, postnatal, gynaecological, and women's health matters.

·       Explain treatment plans, investigations, medications, and follow-up requirements.

·       Provide guidance on post-procedure care and recovery.

·       Address patient concerns and offer emotional support when needed.

3.      Financial Counselling

·       Explain treatment packages, procedure fees, and payment options to patients.

·       Provide financial counselling for maternity packages and gynaecological procedures.

·       Liaise with insurance providers, corporate payors, and relevant stakeholders where required.

·       Assist patients with claims submissions, supporting documentation, and subsidy schemes.

4.      Care Coordination and Case Management

·       Coordinate patient appointments, diagnostic investigations, and specialist referrals.

·       Ensure timely follow-up and communication of laboratory and diagnostic results.

·       Facilitate multidisciplinary care in collaboration with doctors, allied health professionals, and other departments.

·       Monitor patient compliance with treatment plans and follow-up schedules.

Requirements

Min Diploma / Degree in nursing

Must have experience in O&G settings.

Preferably to have supervisory experience in a clinic setting. (Good to have)
