1 Year Turnaround (TAR) Project Engineer | Up to $6000 #NKA

Location: Jurong Island

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $6000 + $250 fixed site allowance + 1.5 months completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain turnaround worklists with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams.

Prepare turnaround execution plans covering manpower, equipment, tools, logistics and work methodology.

Conduct site verification and coordinate engineering documents, drawings and procedures for execution.

Support turnaround scheduling, readiness reviews, risk assessments and procurement activities.

Coordinate daily turnaround activities and monitor work progress, contractor productivity and schedules.

Identify execution risks, resolve site technical issues and support recovery plans.

Coordinate multidisciplinary works across Mechanical, E&I, Civil, Inspection and Operations teams.

Support shutdown, startup and commissioning activities.

Support minor CAPEX, reliability improvement and plant modification projects.

Coordinate contractors, vendors, project schedules, costs and project close-out.

Support night shift turnaround execution during the April 2027 outage as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Experience in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years’ of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry or Diploma holder with 10 years’ maintenance experience Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry preferred.

Experience in at least two plant outages of over 150,000 labor hours.

Experience in a Gas Plant such as Gasification/SMR/ASU is an advantage

With Microsoft Project experience
