Stellenbeschreibung

This position may be appointed at Lead Behaviour Therapist or Case Supervisor level, depending on the candidate’s experience, clinical competencies, and level of case supervision experience.

We’re hiring a Lead Behaviour Therapist or Case Supervisor at Tesserae.

At Tesserae, we care about doing good clinical work and doing it well. We believe therapy should be thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence, while staying focused on helping individuals function confidently in their everyday lives.

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Lead Behaviour Therapist or Case Supervisor who enjoys working closely with families, schools, and other professionals, and who wants to do work that is careful, considered, and meaningful.

We’re an ambitious team hoping to shape the industry for the better. Our work is led by a team of three BCBAs, including the only practising BCBA-D in Southeast Asia. We are committed to building a broader ecosystem of collaborative, holistic support, having the courage to question and innovate, and creating a place where our staff feel valued, grow professionally, and build a career they can stay in for the long haul.

What you’ll be doing:

Taking ownership of assigned cases, delivering individualised intervention and ensuring programmes are implemented effectively across therapists and settings

Supervising and supporting Behaviour Therapists through modelling, feedback, and day-to-day clinical guidance

Reviewing and analysing data to evaluate progress, troubleshoot challenges, and inform ongoing programme adjustments

Supporting the development and refinement of intervention plans, goals, and clinical documentation under BCBA guidance

Working independently while collaborating closely with BCBAs, families, schools, and other professionals to drive meaningful progress

We've love to hear from you if you:

Have strong experience working with neurodiverse children and are ready to take greater ownership of cases

Have experience supervising, mentoring, or providing clinical guidance to other therapists

Are confident working independently, exercising sound clinical judgement, and knowing when to seek additional support

Hold a degree in psychology or a related discipline such as early childhood, special education, or behavioural science

Have relevant certifications such as ABAT, RBT, QASP-S, BCaBA, QBA, BCBA, or equivalent as an added advantage

Bring international exposure or experience, which we see as an added plus

If this resonates with you (or someone you know), we’d love to connect.
