At ULTi, you’ll be creating real content for a real brand.

We’re looking for someone creative, curious and slightly obsessed with social media — someone who sees a trending TikTok and immediately thinks, “We could do something with this.”

You’ll have the freedom to pitch ideas, experiment with formats, get behind (or in front of) the camera and turn ideas into content people actually want to watch.

What You’ll Create

Film and edit TikToks, Reels, XiaoHongShu and YouTube Shorts

Turn trends, memes and everyday moments into ULTi content

Create product, lifestyle, BTS and campaign videos

Write hooks, captions and short-form scripts that grab attention

Brainstorm fresh content ideas with the team

Help shape and manage our social content calendar

Work on influencer collaborations and digital campaigns

Create content for TikTok, Instagram, XHS, YouTube and Shopee

Get involved in TikTok/Shopee/Instagram LIVE sessions

Test ideas, learn from performance and make the next piece even better

Your ideas won’t sit in a presentation deck — we’ll actually make them.

You Might Be The One If…

You already love creating content, even if it’s just for your own TikTok or Instagram.

You understand what makes someone stop scrolling.

You keep up with TikTok, Reels and XHS trends without anyone asking you to.

You’re comfortable using CapCut, Canva or similar editing tools.

Most importantly, you’re willing to experiment, learn quickly and take ownership of your work.

Bonus points if:

You’re comfortable appearing on camera

You enjoy photography/videography

You understand memes and internet culture

You’ve experimented with TikTok, XHS or Reels before

You’re confident enough to join or host livestreams

The Details

Role: Content Creator Intern

Commitment: 6–12 months

Schedule: Full-time / Part-time arrangements available

Allowance: S$1,000–S$1,800/month, depending on experience, availability and role fit

Location: Singapore — in person
