Job Summary

Manage and optimize Windows environments in financial institutions by applying expertise in Windows OS, Hyper-V, and Failover Clustering. Leverage hands-on skills in hardware, scripting, and patching tools to solve complex technical issues and support business operations.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows OS environments to ensure system stability and performance in financial institutions.

Design, implement, and troubleshoot Hyper-V and Failover Clustering solutions to support high availability and disaster recovery.

Apply hands-on expertise with HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Aletra series) to maintain and optimize infrastructure.

Develop and automate workflows using Python, PowerShell, and integration tools to improve operational efficiency.

Utilize patching tools and Active Directory to maintain system security and compliance.

Analyze and resolve complex technical problems involving multiple technologies and disciplines.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide clear updates and collaborate on issue resolution.

Deliver customer-oriented service and collaborate as a strong team player under pressure to meet operational commitments.

Knowledge of VMware technologies including vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, and VRLI.

Bachelor’s or engineering degree.
