Job scope:

Manage and provide direct technical and application support for process analytics business.

Coordinate with sales team, sub vendors

Perform troubleshooting and conduct site visit

Setup onsite trial and conduct review with customer.

Prepare and deliver in-house and onsite technical/product training to customers.

Create technical materials to support the sales team.

Requirement

Degree in Engineering
