Responsibilities

Execute fab engineering change quality/ reliability control activities

Response for Fab quality goal execution result summary/ analysis and co-work with fab for continuous improvement.

Execute the internal audit for section quality documentation and record.

Execute fab process quality audit and CAR tracing/ implementation follow up.

Response for fab major event handling and follow up action items/ validation to close the event

Perform process technology transfer release audit and CAR tracing/ implementation follow up.

Perform routine customer quality report preparation

Perform customer RMA (field returned from end customer) sample returned handling, investigation and track actions for CAPA.

Summarize Fab Gate Oxide C-V monitor monitoring results, abnormal improvement, and product quality tracking

Execute Best Known Method validation from VIS fabs or TSMC

Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science

Minimum 2 to 5 years of prior experience in the field of semiconductor in Quality Assurance function.

Possess strong analytical skills with experience in quality control methodologies, including 8D knowledge

Strong attention to detail with good organizational and task-management skills

Certified internal auditor as added advantages.

Proactive and have the ability to multi-task
