Senior Engineer/Engineer, Thin film Process

Job Description:

Analyze SPC charts. Understand the rules and their significance. Perform proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC. Understand Cp and Cpk indices.

Use JMP and Klarity ACE to analyze split lot, DOE data, and sort yield.

Upload recipes using RMS, check recipes, and ensure recipe content compliance.

Follow up on 3L5W, MRB, 8D, TECN, or update specifications through ECN. Provide guidance to junior engineers.

Set up and troubleshoot issues in recipes/job files in all metrology tools within the module.

Act as a process engineer for new equipment acceptance. Understand the concept of repeatability and reproducibility (R&R) run.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Chemical Process/Chemistry/Physics

With min 1 year experience in handling semiconductor and wafer fabrication process (PVD/CVD).

Excellent team player with good interpersonal, communication, and written skills

Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skills

High level of integrity, commitment, with good ownership and accountability

Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

Proficient in MS Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
