About the Role
Manage the customer service aspects/team which help drive sales growth for our catering business — converting enquiries into bookings, growing key accounts, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Lead the customer service team to hit service target
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Track KPIs and report to management
- Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, and Finance for order fulfilment
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, account management, or sales (F&B/catering/hospitality/events preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team management experience preferred
- CRM/order system proficiency
