Records & Documentation Administrator [Govt]

Location: Clarke Quay

Work Timing: 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Salary: $3060 per month

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

ify that key metadata of archival records were accurately transcribed by cross-checking extracted tabular output with the original digitised document.

Identify transcription issues and discrepancies with reference to an existing Standard Operating Procedure.

Support the development of the Standard Operating Procedure by providing feedback and suggestions.

Document and categorise transcription issues encountered during the verification process.

Record discussion points and decisions made to amend the metadata.

Perform other related metadata verification, data cleansing, and issue analysis tasks.

Be able to adapt to changes in the workflow and variations in documents encountered.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any field.

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
