Remote Freelance 360 Recruitment Consultant

RightKey Partners is a Singapore based executive search and talent advisory firm supporting mid to senior level hiring across APAC.

We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who enjoys recruitment but wants greater autonomy over how they build, manage and grow their desk.

This opportunity is suited to a self driven recruiter who already understands the full recruitment lifecycle and does not require a highly structured agency environment to perform. You will have the flexibility to develop your own market, build client relationships, manage searches independently and take genuine ownership of your results.

What you will do

You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, including business development, client management, market mapping, candidate sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation and post placement follow up.

You will build and manage your own client and candidate relationships, identify new business opportunities and develop a specialist desk within markets where you already have knowledge, credibility or networks.

You will also work closely with the Founder on selected searches and business development opportunities across RightKey Partners' APAC network.

Who we are looking for

You should have prior experience in 360 recruitment, executive search or agency recruitment, with the confidence to manage both clients and candidates independently.

You should be comfortable developing new business, building relationships from the ground up and taking ownership of your desk without constant supervision.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone entrepreneurial, commercially minded and relationship driven.

This may particularly appeal to a recruiter who enjoys the industry but is looking for a different way of working, with less micromanagement, fewer unnecessary internal processes and more freedom to focus on clients, candidates and results, ability to work remote.

Experience within maritime, shipping, logistics, supply chain, industrial, infrastructure, technology, financial services or other specialist professional markets would be advantageous, but we are open to recruiters with strong experience in other sectors.
