💼 Your Role

As a Charity Collector, you’ll help create positive interactions between charitable organisations and the wider community.

Your responsibilities include:

🤝 Represent charitable organisations professionally at campaigns, events, and outreach activities

🗣️ Engage with members of the public through friendly, face-to-face conversations

❤️ Raise awareness and communicate the mission and impact of charitable causes

👂 Listen to questions and concerns and provide clear, accurate information

🌟 Deliver professional and positive experiences during outreach activities

💡 Build trust and meaningful relationships with members of the community

📣 Support charity campaigns, promotional activities, and public engagement initiatives

📝 Gather feedback and insights to support future outreach strategies

📈 Develop your skills in communication, customer service, relationship management, teamwork, and leadership

Whether you’re a fresh graduate, intern, or entering your first customer-facing role, you’ll receive structured training and ongoing support to help you develop.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who are:

18 years old and above

Confident communicating in English

Comfortable interacting with members of the public

Strong in communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, attentive, and willing to listen

Open to learning and receiving feedback

Comfortable with outdoor and field-based work

Positive, motivated, and able to work well within a team

Interested in developing a career in customer service, communications, marketing, or leadership
