Our client is a well-established and growing sales and marketing company based in Central Manchester. Due to continued growth, they are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join their customer-facing sales team on a long-term, full-time equivalent basis.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching and support are provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What They’re Looking For

• Aged 18+ with full-time equivalent availability of 4–5 full days per week (Monday–Saturday).
• Able to commute to St Ann’s Square, Manchester as required.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking face-to-face.
• A positive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous customer-facing experience is welcomed but not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll represent recognised brands through face-to-face residential, event and B2B campaigns across Manchester, including:

• Engaging with potential customers and building positive relationships.
• Representing client brands professionally and delivering a great customer experience.
• Presenting products and services clearly and answering customer questions.
• Working towards sales goals while developing your communication and customer service skills.
