You're the one we are looking for, if

As Head of Product Management, you are a Shaper, Challenger, and Mentor with high emotional intelligence. You evolve the product team's strategy and work closely with other leaders on overall company strategy. You drive team upskilling, foster process synergies across accounts, and integrate deep technical and AI expertise into everyday work. You stay actively involved in key client engagements (as Project Lead or in steering—guiding the team, translating client goals, and assuring high-quality results), take responsibility for recruiting top talent, stay regularly present in our Munich office (at least 40% onsite), and serve as a trusted advisor at C-level.

Your Role in Shaping the Future

• Support clients in a strategic product consulting role and manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Engage in active client project involvement (e.g. as Project Lead or steering), guiding the team, translating client goals, and assuring high-quality deliverable outcomes
• Standardize PM processes and create operational synergies across diverse client accounts
• Lead, mentor, and coach product managers with a focus on growth, talent development, and client orientation Own the hiring and recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard top-tier product talent
• Evolve the strategy for the product team and collaborate with company leaders to shape overall organizational strategy
• Drive concrete AI use cases across discovery, prototyping, and product strategy, optimizing workflows with a clear vision for the future of product
• Operational Management: Oversee team administration and utilization, ensuring the right team members are staffed on the right projects.
• Business Development & Market Presence: Collaborate directly with clients to identify and cultivate new project opportunities. Actively represent the company in the market to position us as a thought leader.

Your Value-Add

• 8+ years of product management experience in product companies, combined with consulting or agency experience
• Passion for complex challenges and proven success in leading, recruiting, and evolving high-performing product teams
• Demonstrated capability to drive team-level strategic growth and contribute constructively to broader executive/company strategy
• Proven track record in hands-on Project Leadership or Steering, with a strong ability to guide teams, translate complex client ambitions into actionable plans, and guarantee high-quality execution
• Deep expertise in AI, with practical experience optimizing workflows and a forward-looking perspective on product development
• Highly structured mindset with a strong track record of driving initiatives and managing stakeholders
• Proven ability to balance technical understanding with business value and monetization trade-offs
• Strong executive presence, comfortable challenging the status quo, avoiding hierarchy-based thinking, and collaborating with the team and CEO on eye level
• Willingness to work onsite in our Munich office on a regular basis to collaborate directly with your Product Management team and Leadership Team
