Job Title: Secured Facility Guard Support Services
- Officer (Part-Time On-Call) PTOC Job Category: Security Time Type: Part time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Part-Time On-Call-Long-Term Assignment Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Outside Continental US * * * The Opportunity: As a CACI USAREUR-AF Secured Facility Guard Support Services Officer, you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas. You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command. More About the Role: As a CACI USAREUR-AF Secured Facility Guard Support Services Officer, you will provide fixed-site security to a controlled US facility within the greater Wiesbaden area of Germany. You will provide protection services and secure perimeters to prevent unauthorized access to facilities, thereby deterring criminal activity (vandalism, damage, sabotage, espionage, and theft, etc.), perceived as a threat against U.S. Government property and personnel. All facility access control points prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas and offices, and any adjacent US Government controlled real estate. You will control/monitor personnel, vehicles, and materials entering and exiting access points as directed by the USAREUR-AF G2 SSO and/or COR, IAW local control procedures and instructions. You will possess and maintain a US TOP SECRET/SCI clearance and be willing to pass a Polygraph if specific duty location requires. You may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must successfully clear medical screening, along with Pre-hire and random drug testing during employment. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required. Must be willing to undergo a Polygraph Responsibilities and other duties will include but are not limited to: Facility and Perimeter Security: Provide static facility access control, perimeter security, and visitor validation for facility access, supported by roving security patrols, IDS/ESS/CCTV monitoring, and maintenance of all required guard posts. Monitor alarm coverage for multiple SCIFs within the AOR (lock-and-leave facilities), coordinating after-hours responses, notifying the SSO of alarm outages/issues/incidents per tenant policies, and documenting alarm reports for after-action review by tenant units. Maintain key and access rosters provided by tenant units, sign in/out keys accordingly, and support logistic/facility services with loading dock access requirements. Conduct inspections of spaces and facilities to ensure operational readiness and compliance. Emergency and Incident Response: Respond to emergency incidents (fire and medical), coordinating base 911 services if required. Ensure all security-related incidents are responded to and documented IAW local and U.S. Government policies and procedures, notifying the SSO, PMO, and COR as appropriate, and reporting to SFGS Supervisors any self-reported security violations by tenant affiliates or visitors. Operational Readiness and Communication: Take self-initiative to be properly equipped, fit for duty, and knowledgeable of duties and responsibilities, maintaining training competencies. Be available for 24/7 operations, including shift work, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Conduct shift reports, change-over briefs, and complete radio, telephonic, and email communications checks before the start of each shift and every 2 hours throughout. Protection, Compliance, and Policy Implementation: Provide valid security-related functions associated with the protection of U.S. Government installations, materials, property, and personnel, ensuring compliance with local and U.S. Government policies. Understand and implement SOPs for "Use of Force and Rules of Engagement (ROE)," staying informed of changes in the guard mission, threat conditions, and other pertinent information affecting the guard mission. Qualifications: Required: A bachelor's degree plus 1 year of recent specialized experience, or an associate's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, or a major certification plus 4 years of recent specialized experience, or 8 years of recent specialized experience. Experience working with DoD force protection and physical protection rules and regulations. Strong Microsoft Office experience. Personnel and security clearance database experience. Ability to track multiple independent projects Desired: Recent Polygraph. Have a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification. Recent experience working with CCTV systems. Relevant Military experience. Training in law enforcement Experience with personnel security (PERSEC) This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
