Job Description Summary Job Description Support the Project Management team by bridging administrative operations, supply chain coordination, and data analytics. This role offers hands-on experience in project reporting, procurement, and energy technology while building data-driven dashboards. Your Tasks Project Reporting & Coordination: Consolidate data to create regular progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Order & Progress Management: Execute and monitor order placements within the Oskar system; assist in maintaining and updating project registers (e.g., SmartSheets). Data Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (using Power BI or similar) to track KPIs, order status, and operational efficiency. Information & Process Management: Manage document exchange lists at the consortium level; monitor internal and supplier submissions within document management systems. Action Tracking: Systematically track open items from meetings and handle the administration and follow-up of technical queries. Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose effective, simple solutions to improve team operations. Your Profile Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program (Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar), at least from the 2nd semester onwards. Initial interest in or knowledge of energy technology or high-voltage technology. Supply-chain, sourcing & procurement experience is also an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI. Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a structured way of working. very good English language skills.
