Ihre Aufgaben Sie bieten eine kompetente Serviceberatung an und repräsentieren sympathisch das Unternehmen Der Schwerpunkt Ihres Verantwortungsbereichs liegt in der Betreuung und langfristigen Bindung unserer Kunden Hierzu zählt der Ausbau unserer aktiven Kunden, die Gewinnung zukünftiger Kunden und die Durchführung verschiedener telefonischer Verkaufsaktionen Im ständigen Austausch mit unseren Kunden beweisen Sie Ihre Freude an der Kommunikation mit anderen Menschen und generieren neben der Beratung auch kontinuierliche Verkaufsabschlüsse Durch Ihr Verhandlungsgeschick nutzen Sie Ihren Gestaltungsspielraum und schaffen es, Kunden spielerisch von unseren Produkten und Services zu überzeugen Sie erfassen und pflegen Kunden- und Auftragsdaten und erledigen allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten Qualifikationen Ihr Profil Sie haben bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Telefonvertrieb gesammelt oder haben eine kaufmännische bzw. dentalmedizinische Ausbildung erfolgreich absolviert Sie haben Spaß daran, den Bedarf Ihrer Kunden zu ermitteln und diese hinsichtlich der individuell abgestimmten Produkte und Services zu beraten Ihre Zielstrebigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Ihren Willen erfolgreiche Abschlüsse zu generieren zeichnen Sie aus Sie haben gute kommunikative Fähigkeit, eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, können gut zuhören und sind dabei sehr kundenorientiert Sie bringen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit und haben Spaß an abwechslungsreichen Gesprächssituationen Ihr Teamgeist, selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten runden Ihr Profil ab Sie haben EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (Microsoft Office, SAP und CRM von Vorteil) Wieso sich arbeiten bei Henry Schein lohnt: Wir bieten Ihnen abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einem immer interessanter werdenden Marktumfeld.
