Have legal exposure to the extensive product portfolio of Philips from consumer products to medical devices and the complex business model that Philips has of B2B, B2C, B2G etc. Be part of the transforming journey of Philips to improve health & well being of 2.5 billion people each year. You are responsible for Lead the legal support to handle all the legal challenges/requirements to enable the business, e.g. Contract review & negotiation, form business model together with business stakeholders, M&A projects, Dispute Resolution, investigation, crisis handling and etc. Identify, prevent, and respond to legal and compliance risks in the areas of anti-trust, anti-bribery, healthcare professionals, data security, privacy, export control etc. Independently drive projects for best results through comprehensive planning, close teamwork and engagement of other stakeholders. Continuously improve the efficiency of legal service and optimizing the quality of legal advice to address practical business needs. Training, implementation, and enforcement of compliance in the organization. Coach junior lawyers within the legal department of Philips Greater China when in need You are a part of The Greater China Legal team. You will report to Head of Legal, Greater China To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience： Bachelor and preferably Master in Law with at least 10 years' work experience in legal practice, admitted to PRC Bar; Candidates shall have strong self-motivation and eagerness to learn new things and take new challenges Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English Candidates with a good mixture of in-house and private practice experience in an multinational company and international law firm have preference Candidate with experience in medical device industry are preferred.
