Job Description: Job description Lead enterprise end-to-end data transformation agenda by owning the people, processes, and infrastructure required to make enterprise data trustworthy, governed, and AI-ready. This role has full accountability for aligning data strategy across IT and business units, ensuring data assets enable real-time decision-making and power current and future AI initiatives across the organization. Preferred skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data management roles At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, with proven success leading enterprise-wide data transformation programs Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry Demonstrated track record of delivering end-to-end data initiatives that span IT and business functions Professional certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP; CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) preferred Prior experience working in Indonesia or deep familiarity with OJK and UU PDP compliance is required Responsibilities Data Strategy & Roadmap Data Architecture, Cloud & Engineering AI Enablement & Data Readiness Data Modelling & Advance Analytics Stakeholder Management & Communication Team Leadership & Capability Building At Sun Life, we cultivate a High-Performance, Caring Culture that empowers our people to achieve outstanding results, embrace continuous growth, and create meaningful impact.
