DESCRIPTION: Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute to advancing clinical research in a fixed-term role. As a Project Support Associate, you will support clinical trials by coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and contributing to supply chain operations. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will help ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and high-quality service. The role focuses on project coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational support within a structured and regulated environment. This is an entry-level position requiring relevant initial professional experience, offering an excellent opportunity to further develop expertise in clinical trials and client services. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, supply chain, business, or a related field • Initial professional experience in clinical trials, clinical supply, logistics, or a related regulated industry • Experience in coordination, administrative, operational, or client-facing roles • Project Management certification from recognized institution beneficial • Strong understanding of GMP/GxP principles and quality management systems • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail • Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet timelines in a dynamic environment • Experience coordinating with teams and managing stakeholder relationships • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and support reporting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and MS Project) • Experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce, GPMS, and TrackWise preferred • Fluent English required, additional languages beneficial • Proactive, adaptable, and quality-focused approach • Travel to client sites or other facilities may be required Thank you for your interest as you consider starting a new career journey with us.
